HEALTHY DIET
Healthy diet means
that the food should contain all nutrients which are required for your body. That healthy diet maintain our
health. Healthy diet
improves a man from ill or normal person to healthy person. Healthy body or
healthy lifestyle lowers from diseases like fat, obesity, heart related
problems, diabetes, blood pressure, hypertension, sugar level, another
important thing is cancer. It lowers the risk of cancer.
Healthy food or diet it provides body
with all essential nutrients such as vitamins, minerals, protein, fluids, macro
and micro nutrients and it keeps your body energetic. If you give healthy food to your body. Then your body
keeps you healthy. Otherwise it is not possible to be healthy.
If
you want to be healthy. It is not only important that healthy food or healthy
diet intake. You need to digest it means understand this thing there are
healthy food, all vegetables, fruits on a table. You eat it. Just by intake of these food you don’t understand that you will be healthy. You eat
all healthy food which are required for your body. In that food there are all
nutrition which are required for your body cells. Then complete nutrition should move from food to your body
cell. If this won’t happen how you can
be healthy? Think about it . I will answer for this In my later posts.
Your
body must need these nutrients like protein, carbohydrate and fats. Which all
are macro nutrients. Which give energy to your body. Keeps your body energetic.
Your body also needs micro nutrients it includes vitamins and minerals.
Nutrients and their
sources.
Protein
– egg white, meat, millets, almonds, oats,
milk, basmati rice.
Carbohydrate - egg
albumin(yellow part), dairy products like
milk, yoghurt, ice cream, millets, grams.
Fat
–
rice, potato, cheese, eggs, oils.
Vitamins – vegetables, fruits, fatty fish, golden
rice(vitamin A rich), sun rays.
Minerals
– normal drinking water, energy drinks, sports
drinks.
Conclusion:
It best be best. Eating
healthy keeps you ,your mind and soul healthy. If you are healthy you are the
richest person in the world because HEALTH IS WEALTH.
PERVENTION IS BETTER THAN CURE
