Understand this one tip for powerful concentration.

  Ø   Health:
    I strongly believe in ancestors styles. Their customs, Believes,  food style,  
working style and their proverbs. In those proverbs one is Health is wealth
it is a great word. If you have health you have every thing. You should be healthy  to have a great concentration. You should not suffer from illness. 99.9% you cannot concentrate if you are not healthy. 0.1% it is exception. First thing you have to do is take care of your heath which is very very important. Your mind should be healthy it should not be contaminated from unwanted thinking. Because every one does this uneanted thinking. Be carefull about this. This decreses your concentration level.

     To be healthy you must need below montioned  these three things.

ONE TIP FOR POWER FULL CONCENTRATION.

                       I.         Diet (food) :

   Diet is the main thing which is more important you to be healthy. Diet is related with your concentration. If you ask how I want to say this one real thing. There are two dogs one is wild other one is domestic. If you leave them for hunting or running. Wild animal will be the winner because it eats more meat (more protein) then the domestic dog. Obviously it has more energy so it completes its work perfectly. Like that only you also need more energy for powerful concentration. You get that energy from your Diet (food).

                   II.            Exercise :
   Exercise is also a important thing to be healthy. Exercise and diet(food). Exercise and food are directly proportional to each other. If you do exercise daily you will be healthy. It helps you to concentrate easily. First I prefer for power full exercise that is Yoga ,Pranayama. if you do Yoga and Pranayama daily for 30 minutes. And another 30 minutes for other workout. You are going to get the great concentrationg power. Suryanamaskar exercise is best. Totally you take one hour from your daily 24 hours. Especially do these things in early
morning at 4:00 to 6:00. In that time.

  1.  III.            AIR :

  Air is very much important in your powerful concentration. Without a fresh air you cannot be healthy. You cannot leave. I said you to do exercise in the early morning because you will get the fresh air in that time. Without a best inhale, exhale of air you cannot be healthy.

   Understand these things you will have the great power full concentration.
