WHAT IS DEHYDRATION?
Hydrate means your body congaing
water. This will moisturize your body. Dehydrate
means it is completely opposite to the hydrate means body does not containing water less
than how much body is needed. Which causes some unhealthy, uncomforted
feeling to your body.
WHAT IS WATER?
Water is a
one of the chemical substance on the earth. Is made up of 2 atoms of hydrogen
and one atom of oxygen. That is H2O (water). It is a colorless,
odorless, transparent, liquid main
constituent of earth. There are many more forms of water those
are lake, river ,sea etc.
IMPORTANCE OF WATER.
Water is
very much important for a living organism on the earth. Even though water
does not contains calories or organic nutrients. But there is
more value for water then the food. It provides ions, which helps in
mobilization of nutrients.

You can live
about 6-1year only on oxygen and water. Without intake of food. But not to do
any work. If you do work you should need calories. But you cannot live more than 2-5days whithout
intake of water.
WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU DONOT DRINK WATER.
Ø DEHYDRATION :
lack of water in your body.
Ø ULCERS : If there
is no saliva in your mouth there increases growth of bacteria. Then occurs ulcers.
Ø HEADACHE :
headache not only due to stress
or food but also due to cause of dehydration.
Ø CRACK ON YOUR SKIN :
in winter season due to lack of
water you get cracks on your lips and legs etc.
Ø DRY AND HARD SKIN : due to dehydration your skin becomes dry and
hard.
HOW TO GET RID OF
DRINK WATER, GIVE WATER, ASK WATER .
DEHYDRATION.
First of all
dehydration main cause is H2O {water}.
So you have to drink water about 5-7 liters per day. (strictly).

By drinking more amount of water you are going to get
rid of cracks on skin, dry skin, ulcers, constipation. There is no use of using moisturizing
creams if you drink water how much is
needed per day.
Lastly
I conclude that there are more use of water so please drink about 5-7 liters
per day. It will helps you lot.
