     2.    Youngsters need higher quantity of vitamins then elders.
     3.    The need of vitamins for younger’s, growing children & pregnant woman is higher.
     4.    The condition of vitamin deficiency is known as avitominosis.

Ø  Vitamin D is called sunshine vitamin. because we can get
 vitamin d from sun at 7:00 -10:00 in the morning.

PREVENTION IS BETTER THAN CURE.
