maintenance of normal health of

ü These vitamins helps in production of enzymes . enzymes
plays many functions, important rule in your body so enzymes are important to
your body. And vitamins helps in biochemical processes.

cannot synthesis their own all vitamins but pants can synthesis all

human body synthesis ‘vitamins A’ from carotene. Some members of vitamin
B-complex & vitamin K are synthesized by microorganisms present in
intestine of humans.

animals. All cells in the body can store vitamins to some extent.
ü Excess or low levels of vitamins causes diseases.

vitamin d from sun at 7:00 -10:00 in
the morning.
