HOW TO GET UP EARLY IN THE MORNING.


*  IMPORTANCE OF GETTING UP EARLY IN THE MORNINIG.


Benjamin Franklin said that “Early to bed & early to rise, makes a             man healthy, wealthy and wise”.

Elders  tells that who gets  early in the morning. He gets success in his life. In this world Every succeeded person  gets up early in the morning.
Getting up early in the morning which means that you have to get up from bed at 4 or 5 ‘o’ clock. It should not exceed on 5’o’ clock. Also you should not get up too early in the morning. Scientifically proved that who gets up early in the morning he will be healthy.

*   USE OR BENEFITS OF GETTING UP EARLY IN THE
MORNING.
·       For students it is important to get up early in the morning. Because by getting up early in the morning their will be energetic. Which make them to study properly without distractions. That hobbies increases  their productivity. They become fast . that also increases their concentration power.


·       Who gets up early in the morning. That increases their
energy  levels of their body. It gives relief from stress full life. They are going to become stress less.
·       Health is very important to a person. Health Is wealth. You can do exercises in the early morning which is needed for a person to be healthy. By doing exercise in early morning they get pure oxygen so they  will get a smile on their face and they become stress less in their life. Their health improves.


·       In this modern generation people are not getting time. So that by getting up early in the morning. They get some more time to complete their daily activities. It gives relief from rushing. Automatically your productivity increases. It makes their life easy to lead.

*   SOME TIPS TO GET UP EARLY IN THE MORNING.
 
1) MIND SET UP: First thing to is set your mind. That tells your mind to get up early in the morning. Because mind (brain) is main controller. So that body listen to your mind.


2) Sleep early: sleep early as your wish. But not to sleep late like 12 or 1 ‘o’ clock. Not to sleep to early. Best time is to sleep is  8 or 9 ‘o’ clock.

3)  Drink water: drink  2-3 glass of water before going to bed. This tip automatically gets you up early. I also use this tip.


4)  Set up alarm:  many  people sets up their alarm but they don’t listen to their alarm.





5)  Sleep well: according to science it tells you to sleep 6-7 hours
per day. You have to complete your sleep in that time. Which means that you should not get any dreams and be relaxed.  If you get dreams that will not become a complete sleep.

*   CONCLUSION:

          Lastly I conclude that get up early in the morning . that hobbies makes you healthier. If you want to know benefits ask to elders who aged about 60-80. They will tell you importance of getting up early in the morning.
