FOOD IMPORTANCE
Air comes first. second water. And
third thing to live is food. So food take very important role in human life.
Food it’s comes under fundamental facility. For a working man food is very much
important. It gives energy to that man . you don’t think that a non working man
doesn’t need food . understand this a hard working man cannot live more than 2
days without food . but a non working man like monks they can live about a year
only on air and water.
We get our food from plants and animals.
Two types of food id there vegetarian and non vegetarian. It doesn’t matter
that what food it is for body. Is it tasty or not. Is it sweet or not. It matter only nutritional
value of that food. Total what nutrition
is there in that food. Your body and mind also changes with respect to your
food. Like if you eat nutritional food you will have a great mind and body. If
there is no nutrition which are required for your body there is no healthy. So
that all body builders intake there food according to nutritional value. Which
are required for their body. Otherwise they don’t take because bad food impacts
very bad on your mind and body.

Importance of food
1. To live food
is very important.
2. To gain
energy (calories) do food is important.
3. To get
nutrition which are needed for your body cells. Those nutrition are given to
your cells through food.
On this earth planet we can see many different types of food in
different countries, places. They intake their food depending upon their
environment condition. For example in united states America (USA) there is so
cold . they intake their food should compatible to their body. In India in
winter session I don’t know some or many don’t eat onions . they use garlic
instead of onion . but in summer session those people only eat onions, drinks
onion juice to get rid of body heat. Like this food varies from place to place.
Food impacts on
your mind. Depending on food. If food is best in nutrition but not malnutrition
in that food there should be vitamins, minerals, which are required for your
mind. Then your mind level increases. If your mind is good body will be good
then your productivity will automatically increases it becomes best. If not you will lose your health.
Nutrition → mind → body → health → productivity.
Conclusion:
Eat good be good. not good it should be
best. Eat best be best live best. Enjoy you health. Take care of your health
