5 FRUITS THOSE KEEP YOUR BODY COOL DURING SUMMER.
If you want
to keep your body cool in summer time. if you want to reduce body heat. Here I am
talking about fruits so you eat fruits or drink juice of fruits those
containing high water contain because main thing is you should keep your body
hydrated. Keeping your body hydrated that regulates your body temperature. Just
check or search everywhere that how to body cool. First thing that comes that
drink plenty of water because hydrating your body is most important. And one
more thing is every one cannot drink more water day & night instead of
water you can eat fruits or drink juices of it. Eating fruits is more enjoyable
than drinking water so I think that you may understand what I said.
1)COCONUT:
Some people think that coconut is a nut no it is not a nut. It
is a fruit. Coconut water is best during summer. Coconut is super hydrating
fruit is low in calories contains easily digestible carbohydrates coconut water
contains 95g of water per 100g of coconut water. Coconut water regulates body
temperature. Increases your body metabolism and even increases sweating. Sweat on
your body keeps you cool.
2)WATERMELON:
Obviously you know watermelon. This watermelon fruit is very
famous in summer time. This fruit water melon contains 95% of water. Almost every
one like this fruit. Eating this fruit with some salt is very tasty. Kids like
it too much. I think you offer this fruit to those people or kid who they refuse
to drink enough water.
3)LIME:
In lime also you may think that
it is a vegetable. No it is not a vegetable. It is a fruit. It is called a
citrus fruit. Please don’t eat lime directly. To cool body drink lime water. It
hydrates your body. Odiously if body is hydrated your body will be cool. That why
in summer lime water or coconut water is offered to guests to cool down their
body thinking that they may travelled in hot weather. One more thing is that
lime water increases water consumption also there are more benefits of this
fruit.
4)CUCUMBER:
Yes I know that here also you
may think that this a vegetable. No botanists said that this is a fruit. Cucumber
contains 96% of water. In an ayurvedic
diet also says that cucumber is the cure to excess body heat . it is
considered as having highly cold properties and strongly advised during hot
summer you may see that on road side that most of them selling cucumber in
summer. It is also contains some beauty benefits for skin, nails and hairs etc.
5)POMEGRANATE:
Pomegranate
is also a good fruit during summer to cool your body. Drink a glass of
pomegranate juice every day to be cool. It lowers body heat naturally so that
in summer pomegranates are highly recommended it also have some healthy benefits. It is also rich
is vitamin ‘C’.
