          In this modern world every one became much more busy in their work. From children to elders totally all. I think  that they may don’t know the importance of sleep. In older days human life time was about 100-150 years. But now it reduced to 60-70 years only. You may ask that what is the relation between sleep & life time. I say there is a relation . you are going to understand about this.

          Sleep plays very important role in healthy lifestyle to be healthy. You need to sleep. Are you asking why?. You work daily or study or whatever else you do. You do work because your brain works. Your body supports you to do work. Can you do work when you become ill. Remember those days when you were ill. You will understand. I remembered that I couldn’t stand up when I was ill means I was suffering from fever. I couldn’t walk. Leave that I refused to eat. Your body wasn’t able to support. Your body need rest. That why doctors says to take bed rest. Understand this thing.

SLEEP EFFECTS.
ü Main thing is your productivity decreases definitely. That’s why teachers or elders says to take good sleep before exam night.
ü Lack of sleep definitely impact on your mental health. Your brain will not supports you.
ü Lack of sleep causes obesity, depression, blood pressure [B.P].
ü Totally  definitely you became unhealthy that why only those who go to gym, they workout in gym they are said to take a best sleep about 6-8 hours to take care of their physics.


WHAT IS BEST SLEEP.

         Simply closing eyes and slept down on bed is completely not a sleep. Best sleep is that which gives you full relaxation to your mind and body. You feel that freshness after  best sleep. You will that which was a best sleep or bad sleep.

         Best sleep is that you should not get any dreams in your mind. That is a best sleep. If you get dreams in your mind understand that you didn’t get a best sleep. Your body didn’t relaxed completely. If you want to feel a good or best sleep than work too much physically after that you sleep then you are going to feel best sleep.
